About the Beng Chong Academy

If you are interested in traditional martial arts practice, we invite you to join us in studying Five Ancestor Fist Kung Fu.

A noted and popular style in China and Southeast Asia, our academy is unique on the east coast of the United States. Our teacher, Sifu Bonifacio Lim, is the highest ranking master of Ngo Cho Kun in the United States.

Sifu Lim was an "indoor" disciple of Sifu Tan Ka Hong at the Beng Kiam Academy in Manila, Phillipines. He is one of the few "Ten Tigers of Ngo Cho Kun" still actively teaching.

Our classes are held every Tuesday, 4:30 - 5:30 PM and Saturday, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM in Plainsboro, central New Jersey.
